Our step-by-step approach.
Our approach is very clearly defined:

1)    Meet

A chance for the parties to meet and broadly discuss what is hoped to be achieved.

2)    Brief

We take a formal brief verbally and, ideally, in writing.

3)    Draft

We agree proposed methodology, timings, requisite levels of confidentiality, responsibility for response generation, participation in survey shaping, outputs and costs.

4)    Refine

Proposal refined and reworked into final proposal.

5)    Approve

Final Proposal approved, formal commissioning by client.

6)    Execute

The research is put into the field against agreed criteria.

7)    Analyse

Analysis of the results takes place. Initial findings are often discussed to guide delivery of final report.

8)    Report

Results are delivered in the manner required and as previously agreed.
